We accept cash or cheque with adequate time for the cheque to clear before playing.
Cancellations made more than 45 days before the gig, no charge.
Cancellations made after this are subject to a 50% charge.
Each gig will be priced according to the requirements of the gig, but assume a minimum of £1000 for a local two set gig playing from 2000hrs until 2300 with a 30 minute break.
Hirer to provide adequate stageing and room for the full band to play.
Hirer to provide a secure room for the band to store their personal possessions before during and after the gig.
Hirer to ensure there is adequate time to both set up before the gig, and adequate time to pack away after the gig.
Electricity to be provided by the hirer at hirers expense. Supply must be 230V 50HZ 2KVA single phase, earthed, with standard u.k. plug sockets and clean (i.e. not from a generator or contaminated with noise from other appliances). Some generators give a "better than Mains" quality, most do not, if in doubt check with Tim on 01621 772120.
The adequacy of the electricity supply is at the sole discretion of the band. If the supply proves to be unsuitable the band will play "unplugged". This is NOT to be recomended, the quality of the performance will suffer greatly.
Hirer to provide adequate parking for the band near to the venue. The band will need to unload and load their vehicles next to the venue.
Until the gig has been confirmed in writing the hirer should regard any booking as provisional.
